Oxford Living Employer Certificate and Company Collateral

We are delighted to be an Oxford Living Wage (OLW) Employer.  To encourage employers to pay the Oxford Living Wage –  the Rate of which is £10.50 per hour for 2022-2023 –  Oxford City Council runs an employer recognition scheme. Scanning Archival Photographic Images - Community Heritage Projects Our archive department has been busy working on Oxford United Football Club's archive of photographs.   Before we scan the photos, it is important to consider the way in which the files will be organised. Either by date, event, image size and how the files will be names.    Handling and Cleaning Photographs Our archive suite ensures to carefully handle the photographic historical items by their edges to avoid damage from fingerprints.  Fingerprints are a significant threat to photographic materials and can be very difficult to correct. Fingerprints may not manifest in photographic materials until long after the actual incident of touching the surface.  Air blowers are used to remove dust and a lint-free wipe or cloth to clean the scanning bed before scanning.
